Manager of Geology

Ms Sykes has over 20 years in the E&P industry focused mainly on the UK, Norwegian and Danish sectors of the North Sea.

Ms Sykes trained as a geologist and has had a wide range of experiences from technical contributor through to leadership positions in exploration, development and production environments.

Ms Sykes spent over 15 years with Amerada Hess, leaving in 2003 to progress her career as a technical manager with Helix RDS. Ms Sykes joined Silverstone in September 2006 as Manager of Geology.
