Following fast track post well evaluation of well and regional technical information and detailed evaluation of development planning options on the Viking Lx discovery, the Field Development Plan and Environmental Statement were submitted in July 2007. The Viking Lx accumulation was renamed as the Victoria Field and the Field Development Plan was approved in December 2007. First gas from the Victoria Field is scheduled for September 2008.

Silverstone acquired significant interests in the NW Vulcan area in July 2007 in a transaction with ConocoPhillips, BP and EOG Resources; the Vulcan East discovery development options are currently under review. The Vanquish discovery will be considered for development in the medium term as part of a greater regional strategy currently being drawn up by the company.
